Early Summer's Night

A moment to remember, on a starlit Night

Sitting across from me, was a timeless Sight

This time spent together, it felt so Right

Her gaze was penetrating, my attention held Tight

A candle flickered, the flame burned Bright

I chose to be with her, I saw the Light

The feeling was pure, the world was Alright 

A Warm breeze in her hair, she smiled with Delight     

My heart did soar, as if it were a Kite

My spirit danced, and reached new heights

Our souls became one, with all their Might

It was a special moment, on an Early Summer’s Night
