NOW: National Organization of Women I suppose we can say, "What goes around, comes around."
Women, the women of NOW do not like it! Those that burned their bras, the women of NOW do not like it! Their daughters, their granddaughters growing up wild. Growing up, in their minds, in the minds of the women of NOW their daughters, their granddaughters growing up wild, growing up fast, living fast, doing no more, doing no worse than their mothers doing no worse than their grandmothers. Chests and breasts on open display women of the sixties, the women of NOW, those that advocated the use of drugs, those braless, those blouseless, advocating free sex, legs spread to anyone! Tattooed bodies, pierced bodies, their daughters, their granddaughters, advocating the use of drugs, advocating free sex, doing no more, doing no worse than their mothers, doing no worse than their grandmothers! Mothers now, grandmothers now those women of NOW do not like it!

Sometimes I feel like I come from a different world altogether when i see what is going on today. Ours was a quieter time.

I was not born yet in the sixties, but honest I feel the same sentiments as Anna as I too have a daughter with an open and compassionate heart. Nice reflection Markie.

I can honestly say I never burned my bra or went braless back in the day....but only because I didn't want my boobs hanging down to my waist by the time I was thirty!!! giggle....I raised my fabulous daughter to have an open mind and heart...Nice write, my friend!

Things changed because of those women...and todays daughters, Granddaughters have the choices they do now because of them...It did have an impact..because it happened!If it hadn't happened, who knows what things would be like now...
