Each Has a Purpose
The active women are as strong as men.
They bear their burdens and distress with ease;
spread joy when their whole world seems to cave in.
and when misread they always try to please.
They cry with joy and laugh when they are tense
and fight for credence; stand against the wrong;
they suffer pains of birth, endure suspense
and comfort hurts with their sweet voice in song.
But, men can lift and pull, take things apart;
his tender touch prepares her for the day.
and hugs and kisses heal a broken heart.
Each time he leaves; she wishes he would stay.
So, they require from each a prime respect
for they have purpose in this planned effect.
