The Wrangler Resisted

The little wrangler resisted.

Anxiety, exhaustion, and pain consumed the day.

A new mother to be, determined as he,

Had her way.

As the last rays of light

Vanished into the night

A grand entry was made.

A wondrous sight!  A lusty cry!

The little wrangler was the featured

Attraction of the night.

Inexplicable emotions engulfed the creators.

Eyes of admiration beheld his face.

Bestowed of God, this tiny soul

Imprisoned their hearts.
