I knew who you were Long before we met You made sand castles That climbed to the sky Beautiful and meticulous Such a shame they could Not last longer then a day I saw the pleasure on your face Each time you started anew It was like the building of them Gave you a strengh. . . Carrying you through Life is like a sand castle We have all these hopes and dreams When they tumble down We only have two options... To quit or start all over

the message in this poem is so utterly meaningful
I am especially fond too of the first stanza

Life is a fragile thing. I love your metaphor of the sand castle, although it can be beautiful, is always knocked down and we have to start over. Great Write.
