You reassess the persona you’re relying on.

Does kindness drive your actions?

Do you project a loving or crippled heart?

Will your imagination serve you?

Can forgiveness be your focus?

To remain untainted by society’s indolent attitude

Is to harness and hold tight the reins of purpose,

To know that without diligence,

Aspirations remain the province of others.

One’s public face should never become a lie,

For representation of self

Requires willingness to respect,

Admire,

And preserve

What you have created of yourself,

Regardless of the weakness/strength balance.

Consider…

It’s easier to let your being disintegrate

Than accept we are equipped to overcome most anything

We merely have to call upon that inner self

Regardless of how deep one might have to dig.
