Two Hearts Become One

Many years ago you had a choice.

You chose wisely and gave our love a voice.

I was the first to know.

You said how you loved me so!

 

We decided to go away.

Nobody else would have a say.

A few moments in time.

Peace, relaxation and quiet.

 

My heart is set a-flutter,

Everytime you are near.

"I love you always," you mutter.

Charming, sweet and oh so dear!
