You must learn to do what you can
With what you have to take care of problems
and then you must realize that you can't
start the next chapter of your life
if you keep re-reading your last one.

It is hard at first to put things away
Things that you have had to work through
To the place you are at now but
We all must do just that

Each day we have to make another page
and each day strive to make our life better
than it was the day before.

None of us can go back and change what happened
But we can change our future
It takes courage and a strong will to survive
To be able to say "no!" and mean it
And move on to a better way of living.

Each day start a new page and try to
make changes to better your life.
Even if they are small ones at first.
