How beautiful new love is! I love the way you express your hapiness and wonder at seeing it in your own mother. Age has not one thing to do with it, in my opinion, it's still love. Wonderful write!

So deeply moving. Love is as youthful as it is eternal. When "in love" casts it's glow upon us, we can't help but shine both outside and within. Love is no respecter of age, thank God! But thank you for sharing this treasure, Carolyn. It is indeed precious. And very humbling, somehow. A beautiful acknowledgement, Carolyn - equivalent to the highest peace of mind and happiness. I will testify to the biological and mutual respect of the mother/daughter relationship, as I am also my mother's caretaker. I see an extension of myself in my mother everyday and I'm proud that I'm her daughter. I return to the womb occasionally. Love is a good thing at any age - love leaves its mark on every sphere of human activity...
