Oh, Samsara!, the ancient sages cry,
that beguiling circle of time dancing again at life's door;
will you foolishly tread the same path as before?

Oh, elusive Self!, inner sanctum of illumined grace,
how does one track thee through such a tortured maze;
to patiently endure the tribulations of this place?

Oh, Supreme Union!, most hallowed, lofty goal,
with guidance to achieve thee being readily at hand;
how countless many have echoed it across this fair land?

Oh, most arrogant species!, further adrift from the path,
thy abiding ignorance hath destroyed nearly all in sight;
muted forever those wonderful creatures who helped form the Light.

Oh!, Samsara!, whose playground is that web of life!
be kind to all you encounter throughout the day;
for peace of body, mind and soul is what you seek along The Way.

Oh, Samsara!, how you dance about that eternal Light!
