Two Hearts United

This is a poem for lovers.

I feel your heart

beating next to mine

As if our souls have become one

My heart yearns for the light

and goodness which

draws me to you

Two hearts beating as one

yet free to follow their own drummer

My heart calls out to you

and sings its song of love

Your heart responds and

what a glorious melody springs forth

as if a river of love is rushing through us

May our hearts always sing this wondrous song

through out eternity
