Apologies for being
A sphincter.

After a dose of self-absorption,
I have awakened to my self-destruction.

So proudly puff'd was I,
So impulsive, so lacking in judgment,
So embarrassed.

I have been running around all
Cluttered and incomplete,
Not from lack of completeness,
But from lack of completion.

After some contemplation,
I wish to eradicate my inveterate counterblasts
Of which I spewed all over you
All sloppily with drunken disregard.

I come to you
Upon bended knee
And ask for your forgiveness.
