How I long to be the velveteen rabbit, in the fairytale that tells about a child loving his little artificial rabbit so much that it becomes real.
Is it possible to become real created by the love of another? Maybe it's one where time will tell.
Stuffed rabbits aren't real, and you know what they say about blondes.
Some say to re-create my image, or I shall never find that one to make me real. The picture I portray must be one of artificial light. If only they would take the time to see beneath my surface, they would know the depth of my being.
So, why should I change to merely attract another?
My role in this life is not one of the runaway bride,
molding myself to gain another's acceptance in search of my own purpose, my own reason?
I am a creation of wholeness, one who is blessed with beauty. My beauty may outline my soul with the physical realm of image, but my soul is the essence of who I truly am.
If they cannot see, then it shall be a loss of their own. I shall not change for another love to be something I am not. I must not lose hope for ever meeting one that one soul who has the magic to make me real to those who don't believe.
If within God's plan, I am not destined to be seen as real or live my favorite fairy tale as the velveteen rabbit, then at least I have lived being real to myself by being me.
This book consists of a 150 pages of Christian poetry about the end of time and the Second coming of Jesus Christ not as a servant but as a King, the King of kings. To bring righteousness and peace to the earth and restore the government of God! Peac
