Is it forever already?
My how quickly time fly’s,
You said it would be forever,

But today when you left me,
You said our love had come to naught,

Well that came much quicker than I thought.

I remember the evening,
That I first asked you to dance,
It was just as you were leaving,
But it turned into a fine romance.

All the stars seemed to sparkle,
So much brighter in your eyes,
I thought it was last forever,
Little did I realize.

That forever was closer,
Than I thought that it would be,
You said, you’d be mine forever,
Forever to eternity.

So is it forever already?

Because you left me this morning,
In that new sports car I bought.

Oh I should have seen it coming,
But I was blinded by your smile,

Not until today, at half past nine.
