yet, again, from/for the truths of others 'felt', within... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
For some Reason You are with me Oh, not, not here... Still, And I may be wrong as I often am I fear You are, are Hurting Are you? Thinking, Remembering... More? As am I... Remembering More And wanting Wanting Within-- as how so Without-- You feel And still blaming no one But Yourself.
Yes, that is the song one sings... Have sung for so long, too long, Forever...it seems. God when does it stop!
Blaming no one But Oneself. And accepting? Only This time, less easily... This time, having to Try harder To pretend-- To pretend to be As strong To pretend To forget
Forget just enough So that That flame within Is not as red-hot Searing The soul Scorching The heart...
Scarred, from the start
Wanting what was Wanted?/ Needing... Something else? You know! Oh yes. And I know All too well.
I see us Wandering the Burning chambers, Raging with the winds, Fleeing... Seeking freedom Along the shores Of nowhere And every where...
Yes, there are Many gulls soaring round The moon tonight, Terns, eagles and Ghostly winged Creatures crying out And longing to be Set free... Or, More truthfully -- Longing To be Found.
Whoa. M!!! This is one smooth intense cry of truth, a melodic chant of emotion...this one needs to be heard outloud!

Those are the best lines in the poem they control it in fact whilst the poem itself is very very good those lines themselves show that there is a passion behind your writing and if explored fully with a little nifty editing this poem could sing out with the same bliss that those lines themselves have. Namaste lovely work

Micah, this is a masterpiece, honestly I've never read anything that captures the very real raw emotions of the soulmate type of lost love as this does. Wanting the same yet never allowing it to burn that hot again. Awesome work.
