Sometimes
caring
hurts
and that
makes no sense,
yet,
sometimes
it does
and
sometimes
caring
makes one
wonder
if it is too much
for one
or the other,
the one
whose pain you want
to take away
yet you really don't
know how,
but you care
so you try
and...
sometimes
you
don't know
why you
care, but
you do, even
when you ache
from the
pain you
feel
that may or
may not be
real
and
when it is and
you try to
share
that care, well
sometimes
you
wonder as
it seems that all
you may be able to
do
is to
bring a smile,
a tear,
a moment too quickly
gone to have done
much good, but
you cannot
help yourself
and so you
simply go on
caring
not even knowing why
but
knowing it is
all you
have
that
does not
lie...
