Poem Artwork

The mountains, the moon and the stars
hold beauty that nibble at my scars
In their presence I find myself
hidden away at fears shelf

I take step by step towards my destiny
travel roads that keep healing me
In hiding I find my inner room
soon it will be in full bloom

I will reach in and grab its threads
wrap its light around my head
Seek and destroy all scars
reaching for the stars

Their light is blinding me no more
while to the skies I soar
Beauty of high peaks
all within my reach

The moon is crying out to me
it says; be all you want to be
the one to dance in the night
ready with your goal in sight

Be the preacher of love and light
be the one to set your world right

You are the mountains, the moon and the stars
you are the healer of your inner scars

Very nice, especially love the line "be the preacher of love and light",

While I can't imagine you ever having inner scars, especially emotional ones, you have a beautiful way of expressing how one can leave them behind for a better life. Your poems are beautifully written and inspirational.

I truly enjoyed this excursion into the realms of inspiration you chose. Once again, the poetic essence of Nature was given its due and in the process, enhanced the need of an individual seeking solace and peace from multiple scaring and hurt. Well done.
