Walk, run, swim, change it somehow
If you don’t try try try to do it
You'll stagnate, you'll die the same

Please I beg you, take it to heart
Grab, scratch, claw at it, make a new start
You and I can either keep it the same
Or grasp a new direction for the change
Yes it would be nice to surprise others
My mom, my sister, our friends, your brother
Boy, what a surprise it would be to all
If we could take a chance and rise from this fall
No one expects it from us
At our age, they figure it's a bust
Imagine their surprise
If they behold it with their eyes
That we finally chose a different path
Utilized that which is ours
Our brains, our talents, our years of knowledge
Some learned from college, some from life
A portion the sadness which has been our strife
It's all good to reach out to others
But also be selfish and recoup yourself
A glint of something which is a glimmer inside
Reach out, Reach in, a desire to no longer hide
From a possibility of life, not lived on our knees

This is also encouraging since many believe that when we reach a certain point(age)we should just take what we have and relax.
Looking up ,I believe,is all about wanting to grow,move forward,and one of my favorite quotes is by Leonardo DaVinci;it says;"Ancora Imparo," I am still learning,still looking up.He was supposedly over eighty when he said these words.
