I know what it feels like to  not  be liked
yet through it all, my lord has elevated me to the mountain top

I know what it feels like to be   a high achiever
yet through it all to be called dumb and  stupid because of cheer jealousy
 

I know what it feels like to be abandoned by your earthly father
 yet through it all, my heavenly father has loved me beyond my wildest dreams

I know what it feels like to not be accepted with the popular people
yet through it all Jesus my lord has accepted me with open arms

I know what it feels like to be maligned and ridiculed unjustifiably
yet through it all  Jesus my lord boldly proclaimed " You are my masterpiece, for you are created in the image of God"

I know what it feels like to experience all of the above
yet through it  all I am still standing tall because I have victory
through Christ Jesus  our Lord and saviour.
