Why are we so critical of others, when
there is so much unfinished work
in our own lives?
How can we see the splinter in another’s
eye, when the log in our own eye obscures
our vision, or at least alters our perception?
Wouldn’t it be remarkable if kindness
instead of criticism
seeped from every pore and settled
on the doorstep of each person we visited?
