~for him~

lucidity, she dances
a lot like me
on moonlit eves
under subtle light

where clothes can
be discarded without
knowledge of the gods

you'd hoped I
would perform these
theatrics unscathed
for your potential erections

rather though
I hid the
ritualistic venues

in my dark chambers
remembering my jesus
loves you. forgive me.
as I forgive you.

I love the cadence of this and the way the writer reaches out but also directs her images to the reader, I cannot speak for others but I think most males will feel this one deeply and search back to see if they are guilty of past victimization. Very nice write indeed.
