The winds assail…
relentlessly seeking to... tear
But, My Coat…like a bulwark
prevents the snare.
The gusts…how they howl and…
endeavor to bite
But, My Coat…is wrapped around me
tight.
The elements, so harsh, attempt…
to halt my destined steps
But, My Coat…protects, negating
its bereft.
Heaven Woven…
and layered with a lining, wrought solidly from…
Salvation’s Flesh…
its cloth is a compilation of
Redeemer’s Inexplicable Love, that's entwined…
with His Mercy and Grace…so perfectly meshed.
A garment stitched and held together with
His eternal faithful threads…
indeed, it was ‘made’ to endure life’s harshest weather
as…I dare to look ahead.
Yea, how utterly grateful I am for the covering of
…My Coat.
