Voice of the Silent Flower
Love .... like a flower,
she slowly fell to earth,
carried across by the breath of God ....
"Bloom where I plant you" .... Descending seed ",
She .... thru golden timbers,
gracefully grew,
between the lillies which cry my garden,
She stood tall .... vibrant .... pure .... sweet ....
humble .... simple and elegant,
Summer's delight,
as a silent soul without a voice,
I knew her .... like love knows love,
and death knows life,
holding earth thru her roots ....
bonded thru a heartchain,
filling some void ....
long lost past,
Sun .... clouds .... hail and heat,
She stood tall,
as a silent lover shadow,
smiling proud at morning dew,
dancing thru day ....
closing at night to rest,
I knew her ....
thru the heartchain,
of life and death,
growing old thru time ....
She began to bow ....
.... Love ....
like a flower,
slowly dying,
Silently she withered away,
by morning she was long gone,
She was once a gesture of life ....
like people are,
Leaving prints on the heart,
Her beauty ....
but yet I cannot see,
lives within,
Love ... like a flower,
" Blooms where it is planted " !
