Sometimes the night whispers to your soul.
Beauty, romance, passion, love...
They were all I’d ever wanted.
But all of my favorite things,
one by one, were taken away.

Another long and lonely night.
The fire is burning in my heart.
She doesn't realize how much I need her.
She doesn't know how much it hurts.
I am the solitary man.
I keep my feelings to myself.
I don't believe anyone suspects.
I don’t imagine anyone cares.
I am a lonely, lonely man.
I pine for things that used to be.
I long for love but dare not hope.
I wish that she still wanted me.
The heart wants.
My heart wants.
