I have written many new poems .. Just not quite ready to share them yet. I have had sever more family members pass away in the past few months ..all under 40. So I write.. and I grieve. In time I will start to post and read A.D. more.
Your "take" on death is very close to my own. In my books death is called Nox and is served by Moribus, the black cat. When Moribus cries out it is time for Nox to take a soul.

Odd how physical beauty can lure people even when the soul of that same person is evil, uncaring and mean. We often only see what we want to see and in doing so are often misled and deceived. Excellent poem, Erica!
