Sweet Destiny

Destiny, Sweet Destiny,

her many doors of opportunity.

Daily respect her and follow her,

a wealth of blessings you will see!

She’s the door to great adventure,

her very calling and purpose in life!

Around the globe she may take you to

share Jesus Christ!

She’ll show you the car that she has in mind,

just what to study to provide.

Then Destiny, Sweet Destiny will say, "I do,

and soon her children will follow you!

She will open many doors to the right place

in time. You’ll find deep satisfaction,

knowing you truly lived.

There is an old saying, "The best comes

to those who wait.

She is worth the patience,

preparation and prayer.

Nothing in this life will satisfy you

like she will.

Look up and see the promise of a future

filled with hope!

Look in and sense her many dreams

tugging on your soul.

Daily she is calling - I want to give

you my best.

Step through the many doors she has

designed only for you!

She doesn’t come easy and is not

always convenient.

Will you recognize her when she arrives?

Some of her doors you cannot enter

if certain habits do not change.

So be careful, ever careful what things

you practice each day.

So many people, so many cultures simply

would not understand.

Destiny, Sweet Destiny is worth the

honor and respect.

She is about simple choices, she is God’s

very plan for life!

Her doors open wider daily as you

listen and obey.

Your life will make a difference in this world.

There are valleys all around her;

dark and lonely, empty dreams.

Don’t let them rob you of your calling

 and steal your very life!

Choose God’s wisdom, and His guidance to be all that you can be.
