For the people of Palestine. We stand with you and against those that think human lives are disposable.
Sixth sense
Did you hear that sound?
That deafening roar of humanity that no longer exists
For amidst the blasts, the sirens loud
All the world sees is smoke and mirrors
While lining the vast expanse of land are shrouds.
Do you smell that? The stench of double standards coming from the west The oppressor's musk mixed with the scent of our Shaheed. That scarf gripped in his hands reeking of his brother's faith Or that blanket in her arms that smells of mom’s embrace.
Were you able to feel that corpse? Was it as cold as the apartheid's barracks? I’ve been told despite power their souls toss & turn For they cannot fathom what fuels the red, drives the green So instead, they tremble the embers before they have a chance to burn.
Did you taste it? Were you able to swallow? That’s the disgust of these vile creatures That don’t deserve humanity's honour And that taste of blood when you bit your lip in anger That’s the same iron soldered into every Palestinians spine.
Do you see the furore? Do you see the masses? You see them prostrate and attack when they go down Know this when they rise, you won't even stand your ground See the red, see the green, see it now, watch them bleed The blood may run, they still won't bow, won’t ever kneel.
With all five accounted for and fooled. You thought you won another round of this war
But one is unaccounted for, that you won't ever comprehend. It has been written so it shall be, your demise will happen. At the hands of those who refuse to bend, your reign shall end.
