I especially like the last verse
This is almost exactly how I acted and felt when I was younger, I was searching for my soulmate, only I didn't fully understand the scope of my search or even the fragility of life then, I do now, Soulmates are truly the saviors of each other from the horrors of this life, and I have finally found her, she is your Mother, This poem takes me away to a time when we can finally be together. This is my favorite poem of yours.
I love how this one just sort of fades in to a dreamy night sky of hope then actually wraps up with that hope being fulfilled. It leaves us to ponder who the "you" is who has shown you the stars, a lover, a friend, a parent or perhaps even a God. Regardless this is one of your finest.
