Fall is a time to put away summer clothes. It is also a time to give thanks for all we have.

for colored trees
for all men's efforts
to be free
For the sun
that keeps us warm
for our friends
who keep us from harm
For our families
who meet our needs
for the heroes
who do great deeds
For those people
who sacrifice
their dreams, their lives
to keep things nice
For the rain
that helps plants grow
for the farmer
the plants he sows
Thank you God
for all you give
Without you
How would we live
Wonderful thoughts about appreciating what we have. Especially for those who believe that there is a god providing these good things and not just good people.
