After I wrote this piece the lyrics of an old song popped into my mind ... "Look, Look, My Heart is an Open Book ... I Love Nobody But You ..." May Your "Book' be A Good Love Story!

LIFE IS LIKE ... A BOOK © - Tom Hyland - 4/19/14 First, we have the COVER ... That which Protects the interior Contents. Then, we have the TITLE PAGE ... The Name of the Person. Next, we have the PROLOGUE ... The Ancestors that preceded an Individual's Birth. The Parents Names ... The Date and Place of Birth. Then,. There's The TABLE OF CONTENTS ... This Lists the Chronological CHAPTERS of this Life. Birth - Growth - Education - Training - Experiences - Jobs - Achievements - Marriage - Children - Grand-Children ... Old Age (hopefully) ... And Ultimately ... Death! Finally, we have the EPILOGUE ... Perhaps a Summary, or Epitaph ... Honoring the Life that has Now Ended ... There May well be FOOTNOTES ... Detailing Special Events, or Auspicious Occasions ... There also Might be a BIBLIOGRAPHY ... A List of References that may furnish more Information ... About an Individual's Life ... If the Person actually Writes about Him/Her self ... It is a an AUTOBIOGRAPHY. If Someone Else Writes about another Individual ... It is a BIOGRAPHY. HOPE YOUR "BOOK" HAS A "HAPPY" ENDING! We are all living in our book of life everyday. I wish we will all live in a book of happiness, and it has a happy ending; but that's just wishful thinking. My book of life will have its ups and downs of life; some defeats and some triumphs; some sadness and some happiness; some rights and some wrongs; ... too much to mention, but I'm still living the chapters of my book right now, hopefully I will have a happy ending for all to read.
