This is a motivational poem about handling stessful situations.

Handling Stress

When life’s challenges gets too stressful as they so often can become,

Don’t resort to worry or anxiety where even more stress comes from.

Instead, let it be a time to make you stronger and even better.

Just add a little zest to your life and you can be a positive go-getter.

All you have to do is:

Add a little pep to your step

Add a little muscle to give you help

Add a little luster to your lips

Add a little swing to your hips

Add a little vigor to your groove

And a little more zing with every move.

You can defeat most stress, achieve your dreams, and even do both

But you need to work a vigorous plan to improve your growth.

It will help remove the forces that threaten to block your progress.

And will empower you to work victoriously with all of your projects.

All you have to do is:

Add a little swagger to your walk.

Add a little rhythm to your talk

Add a little dance to your soul

Add a little audacity to make you bold

Add a little steam to your feet

And give a big smile to people you meet.

To help you to excel above stressful situations you undertake

Simply strive to do your best with every move you make

Keep your eyes on the prize and you will have your way

In practically no time at all that dark night will suddenly

Become a beautiful sunny day.

All you have to do is:

Add a little pizzazz to your hands

Add a little clout to your plans

Add a little song to your heart

Add a little mojo to push that cart

Add a little tenacity to your mind

And every situation will end just find.
