And yet, one day we’ll know

« Quod est inferius est sicut quod est superius, et quod est superius est sicut quod est inferius, ad perpetranda miracula rei unius. Et sict omnes res fuerunt ab Uno, mediatione unius, sic omnes res natæ fuerunt ab hac una re, adaptatione. » (1)

And yet, one day we’ll know; maybe in the flower’s skin, maybe in the light’s flower; maybe just in the light. With the innocence of what germinates in the dark and then blossoms; with the tremendous simplicity of a truth unploughed; because its seeds were cast upon the earth and nothing covered them but the limpidity, natural and fecundating, of the waters and of birds’ droppings, all fallen from the same sky; and because, journeying towards the same sky, natural and birthed, it will become visible, maybe tactile, maybe yes, maybe no; maybe yes and no, as one and the same thing, consubstantial with its essence. Maybe our own. One day we’ll know; maybe in the light of just the skin, consubstantial with the flower; and with the earth; and with the waters; and with the birds. With one and the same innocence, or limpidity.
