Brings to mind Ariel's Song but a lot more cheerful. The sea is a fertile source of inspiration for poets everywhere and it certainly inspired you here.
Motion in permanence from the sea's view. Yet within it holds fragile life. As fragile as love.

From heart to heart, borne aloft on the summer breezes, gentle waves and the lovers' fond embrace, from sussurations to the force of "each tidal wave" there is as much flow as there is ebb in this "depth perspective"... wonderful work, d.v.
Our blood is akin to seawater from whence we come. Your poem expresses how we garner up the sea in our emotions and tie it to ancient primal lovemaking in the ancient primal seas of our very existence.
