Revised From: "Keep the Bear From Laughing" (M. Kirsh- copywrite 1988)

As an anticeedant to the the president that all derives from one, I presently here present a plausable accounting by retoactive rarification of my perceptions and by numerical relations of division and association my developed conception of the first fornification: which, to start, I assume to be raw energetic, undifferentated and mindless, in light of the great, quantized, exactly parceled layout, and catagorically defined propensities of all the descendants of and inhabitants of this world: the orders of nature to be an evolved order of defined congruity- construct-an odd economic conglomeration imperceptable and overshadowed by man's externally projected perfection, god as a sterile cirle, rather than god as GOD(a name). Beyond grasp in the treacherous narrows of living is the simple fact of instinct and it's defined nemisis, sufferings, and the names placed upon its' sources. Buried within all of our seeking is the truth that our origional birth is from something as disordered and as shapeless as the impression of slung mud on a moving, amorphorous, transitory with no concrete destination. We know the world yet as an endless as could swallow the soul, belittle the grave, drawf the greatest esteem, intimidate the strongest muscle, and reflect upon our physical nature as the shadow cast by a grain of sand to the stature of a sun. This description we create is certainly finite in comparison to what our eyes perceive as instinct-the existence of a real infinity, that trails beyond, in the shadows, in the waking hours of our days and intellectual applications ;- the former(descriptions and logical constructs) of which, we orient the lines and walls and divides we seed and nurture, plus or minus the acrued knowledge and wisdom once guided us. Of what do we war and of what do we grow? A finite description can birth an infinite threatening vastness as a contemplated foe, military target-a challange to the mind, industry for the scholar, scientist ,engineer ? In the hands of the banker and soldier..?? The word infinity might as well be of infinite length of infinite letters, so that its' meaning not be ambiguous when we set out to war.....
MANKIND IS AT WAR WITH THE INFINITE. A circle can continue around for ever and be six feet across, cast no fear and have no other name or description.
I intuitively then reduce the first fornification to be a birth of names from names, of a mindless intuitive searching and a stumbling conception. Explosions of raw sentiment, a landing and discovery made accidentally off mark,- A contained, and timely parceled release of instantly triggered hostility, repulsion and contemptious familiarity, grown over eons to attachment, affection, and extracted gratification... An addiction and death wish, searching, wall building, lumber stockpiling(lumbering stockpile of weapons),(home tossing contest) a search for our births, -the initial trauma, -it's fears, produce, imposed troubles,- to find the delivering cataclism, reduce it to its' proper place and mind space...'"they didnt even know what a kiss was...but now its' here to stay...."
My first physics instructor would have written the kiss in to the birth of life as an absolute prerequisite for its' current existence.... but it is nothing and no more or different from any birth of anykind, of the forward march of time to an energy equilibrium.

they collided coming round the bend, divided and started kissing
they cautiously looked around the bend
started kissing and divided
they got a telescope and started laughing
they started waring
with weapons that seek collide and multiply
[universal key words...self, room ,seek , collide, multiply
pathological state-weapons, war]
(war-a home tossing contest(arent both our homes and war weaspons of and the same(seeking colliding and multiplying),a shortcut to energy exhaustion, failed birth conservation and problem solving))

Do not engage a fool unless you be like him
Do not engage a fool unless he knows himself

My universe, My tree
I simmered it stewed it and readied it Cooked it fine
and now I need tell a wavering tail
Of a bear a tree and me
And a moonlite night I know
An apple
a seed
Hanging, hanging, high
One million miles across
an' atop
an'a fortnight's day
an one halfs' length
walking wise
.."TIME" itself
had fell to earth

An' Time itself 'ad breathed
an earthened daze
and a
Night and days'
"REFLECTION"

An' 'ad come engulfed
and eaten by a
bear at
mirth
An' 'ad come excreted
as an' unseen
an'a unsung song
of a composed compost
of 'a natures unsung music
of
a 'Four by Six billion years of a singing its' song
an'
...then a'dug a four by six squarely rounded hole... a'hide
An' a' lay untouched

New born
and reborn
Again each day
Each day
a'dreaming
awakening
a'sleeping
An' a'rebirthing
each day
an a' renewed charge
an' a' laugh
of the bear, ass, hole and
'is Holy self-reflection

As
'a any looking mirror
Do of any Ass
Milking cow
Man
Beast
A'resting or asleep or in mirth.

Or
as do any new born set learn it's new
reflection

IT 'AD LAUGHED AT ITSELF

"The word infinity might as well be of infinite length of infinite letters, so that its' meaning not be ambiguous when we set out to war....." Funny, Marvin, I thought letters said killers...

Enjoyed this piece! Time fornicating with earth, or self, or Chaos; it matters not, energy seeks energy. Consumes energy. Produces energy. The cyclic circle, the Celtic knot, the dragon swallowing its tail, the utter lunacy of living is an enigma. Thinking is agony. Neither is hell.

Hope your mouth is healing, spring is warming your bones and cigarettes are tasting better, and worse, and you are staying safe and occupied, Marvin.

Robin Ouzman Hislop's poetry is certainly in dialogue with some of the key architects of the 'poetics of indeterminacy' – both the Modernist strands represented by the likes of Beckett and Stein, and the postmodernist strands represented, initially,
