The Stratus of Status
A little town
near the Straights of Straight

Had a damn near collision
with a rented vision

A straight looking crook had
Had leased them

On a time payment basis
to repay...

What's this?
A picture

How much did it cost you?
How much did you pay?

Had any one seen it or signed it?
Was it forged?

Is it of a high elevation?
Or was the price raised
to jackup it's sale

Or did you place it high up
In your minds

or low down
on the ground
For a picture the lines
In the layers
Where those high up in the
Stratus of Status

Wont know what you see.

On the ground?

Well had I told you place such a thing low where you bought it
so no one can see it

You surely hadn't listened estutely

When you placed it
For a grand large view
of the multitudes to see...

...the big layered rock in the geological stratum
somewhere on earth
a notice his long missing
kissing cousin
at a very high elevation
in the status
Of The Stratum of Status

Not to yield
all the hailing
hands a raising it high
.. a mate his famaliar looking
dated stratus
of 1100 BC

And annointed it
Straight on the kisser
With the crooked saler
Elevated purchaser
High in the Stratus
of Status

The little unnoticed
unmentioned
and now a metered
lower afar it had started
From an angle of perspective

town and landmark

As a new point of focus
For the sailors and sea.

Reviews of "The Stratus of Status"
Reviewed on July 29, 2006
Marvin:

The Stratus of Status often confuses the onlookers. It depends on where the onlooker stands and the angle in which he/she looks at the status from stratus.

For example, if you are high above where the stratus is, everything you see below is low; but if you are a sailor at sea, and you look up to see the moon and the mountain tops, everything is high to you.

There are many angles in which the perspective of one that many can see. Many points of views in viewing one object.

There is no high or low, it's just depending on where the point of vision is originated from.

Like in life, there are so many people with different points of views, each thinking that he/she is right, but in reality, right can be wrong, and vice versa.

That is just my humble opinion.

Visions of A Skylark Dressed in Black by Aberjhani
