Stumbling aimlessly down corridors
bathed in cold eerie shadows.
Of the too many lost and souless
whom have passed this way before.
I contemplate posterities fate
which follow this path later.
Life is an unbeatable contest
of the seeking and unsought.
A game played by rules yet unwritten
in which all players are lost.
An unrequested journey taken
where only the end is sure.
Love being the only hope granted
to those blessed with its pressence.
An occassionally painfull one
yet the singular true joy.
That mankind is able to attain
on his sojourn after birth
I AGREE ADAMANTLY WITH THE THIRD VERSE, 1ST LINE. 'HIS' LOVE IS INDEED OUR ONLY HOPE, FROM HIM FLOWS 'EVERYTHING' ELSE THAT WE NEED TO PRESS-ON ON OUR JOURNEY HOME. AND SOMETHING ELSE... WITH HIM WE ARE 'GUARANTEED' TO WIN THE RACE/CONTEST, BUT IT MUST ALL BEGIN WITH...HIM. WONDERFUL WRITE...ENJOYED. THANKS FOR SHARING. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS
Welcome!
The poems in this beautifully bound book are a result of over twenty years of observations. Observations of the world around us and on the telecommunications network. All of the hate, love, heroism, disasters, and those who help.
