Fare Well To Arms, was a marvelous movie Many years ago that I still can remember. It is a sentimental story that will grip your heart And maybe draw a tear or two. Usually books of this type, turn me off, As being an old foot soldier of world war 2, I shy away from war movies, It took me 30 years to get over what I saw. Still others will be interested in the mayhem of battle scenes.

Thank you for the tip. I'm going to the library and I'll check this book out, "Fare Well To Arms" or see if they have the video.

I don't like to see any kind of violet stuff. I have my reasons too.

I've watched some good war movies: The one I like was Midway, not sure of the actors in it, but I like the movie. The second one I really liked is fictional, "The Dirty Dozen" which I have watched about 5 times. There are some other ones too that are good. My husband used to love watching war movies when he was alive so I have watched a lot of them.
