What a sweet refuge
surrounded by noble green guardians, blissful breezes
and deep peace
I am thankful for this sanctuary
Krishna blue skies
peek through sprawling branches
and if I am very still I can hear angels, gandharvas
chanting the sacred Om
Gently I breathe in through one nostril
and out through the other as the breath repeats.....
