Mist drifts and settles
across the hills of Kodai
and into the Bhajan Hall
where our Swami sits
enthroned in
Ambrosial Bliss
The harmonium merges
with Sai's celestial
honeycomb voice
euphoric bells ring
perpetually
we sing like gandharvas
from Akash
our hearts rising
to a crescendo
The enduring sweetness
of those moments
can never leave us
as we behold:
The dulcet dew of heaven
The balm of Gilead
rippling over the
parched, grief stricken
Earth
Swami holding
and rocking Her
in His colossal arms
O Baba
we bow and kiss
the nectar of
Your lotus feet
offering with
endless gratitude
the fragrant
blossoms of our Soul
to You
Beloved One
