The hearts and souls of thousands Confirm the bitterness, the pain Where bitterness abounds, forgiveness does much more Battles for love, acceptance, satisfaction, Plague the experience But beasts become beauties in the kingdom of the Lord Listening through the turmoil The churning winds The storming memories The roaring of the lions at my heels The laughing and cowing of the magician Pushing through for the moment to the distant, quiet shore Listening to the sound of the creator Whispering my name It is my favorite experience Satisfying the soul

Life in this is like an abrasion on the knee, and your poem is like Black Salve Ointment in a can. (You know, them good ol' down home remedies that smell really bad like a plague but heal really good like the quiet rush of water against a shore. Unless the kelp washes ashore then the shoreline stinks too. Hey, life is good like this write of your my big brotha.)
