The things I want to do I cannot. The things I hate, I end up doing. Who can save us from ourselves? Only the grace of Christ!
The lust for sin Roaring like a lion in my members Impressed upon my body My soul Requiring constant attention by legions of angels Tearing at the bars with which I bind it Sin rips at the chains Sometimes it seems invincible Righteousness is so elusive Worth any price of admission To have access To be allowed into His throne room Grace covers me, my body, my soul Blood has been spilled For the grace, the chains, the angels That keeps my sin imprisoned
