A description of how it feels in a meditative state.

Moments of peace have more meaning.
Times of stillness give us a gleaning.
A glimpse of fullness,
And the colors of feelings.
Blue, green and gold thoughts gently streaming
Without any effort for you to hold.
Conscious of everything and of nothing
At the same time.

More and more learning about the other side
Of yourself and of being ;
A gentle flowing of all your senses
Which are sensing your foreverness
For a little while.

Meditation is necessary for our lives to be in balance. A little aloneness and quietness in pray never hurts us. It restores us to a balance again in our lives. We must look into ourselves at times and come to our senses and ask Am I serving God as I should be. Going to Church tomorrow after absence of 3 weeks, feel I need to get back with God and his love and truth and hear his words.
