Is it our set destined fate
To self destruct, self immolate
Delusional that we do control
everything- play a central role?
Or is it part of human trait
Self deception, lies and hate?
Is there time or 'tis too late
Ourselves to somehow extricate
From the tangled web we wove
And got caught in it- by Jove!?
I do hope a light will shine
Either Human or Divine
Heal us so we change our ways
All hate is gone and Love stays.
I am of the opinion that our thoughts and feelings do change the world,
in myriad ways…so I see Hope as vital in todays chaotic world…
For the second time today I find myself writing…
“All You Need Is Love…”
Hope is not an action word. It is passive. Waiting for hope to solve some dire problem prolongs the agony. The only way to solve problems is to act. Action may take the form of violence or the form of passive resistance. But action changes things, hope doesn't in spite of all the propaganda that it does.
