Said M-D 2: "No, if the West worshipped GALA during sunrise while the East at Sunset."
Said M-D 3: "Yes, if Isaac Asimov worked longer and faster than Dali in his sleep."
Said M-D 4: "No, if Dali were to have been buried in GALA's grave while Asimov turned into an hybrid Robot."
Said M-D 5: "Yes, if both slept in GALA's grave, Dali facing East and Asimov facing Dali with their backs turned to GALA."
Said M-D 6: "No, if Dali watched Asimov looking into the Future writing 13 x 13 books in a Martian year."
Said M-D 7: "Yes, if Dali left home in his ever-illusory Imagination to visit Asimov in the Den of his vain Claustrophobia."
Said M-D 8: "No, if neither let either watch themselves at work while crying out loud: 'Verde que te quiero Verde !' "
Said M-D 9: "Yes, if Dali superposed/interposed Asimov's face in his auto-portrait with the auto-portrait of Velazquez."
Said M-D 10: "No, if Dali said to Picasso: 'No, I'm going to visit the Louvre before I come to see you.', and if Picasso replied: 'You are certainly in the wrong to do so, for I'm your veritable Master !' "
Said M-D 11: "Yes, if the East meets the West and 'Ne'er the Twain shall meet !' "
And the Master said: "What is the Idiotic Time now ?"

I was confused about what time had to do with East or West until I read M-D 11. As far as the rest of it goes…
I love Salvador Dali's work for the way that he reshapes familiar objects and always includes a drooping watch here or there giving the impression that time has been warped. Insane?
Likewise, while I haven't read a lot of his more than 100 books, I have read Opus 100. It appears to me that he did have a frantic ability to write numerous books depicting our past and future that may or may not become true. Robots are certainly here and are much better at being prompt and efficient when it comes to time on the assembly line. Never miss a beat.
