spoken from the inner self and reflected outward. i totally understand as i spoke words similiar and had them spoken back the same. gives me a little reflection concerning my own thoughts.

What all of us dream about is for two to be one.
And if one must let go, then you were never one but only two.

One is not about thoughtlessness and freedom.
One is about forgiveness and commitment and dedication.

Two is work and worry.
One is sharing joy.

"To Let Go" is an insightful commentary on a sadness of life.
In its reading I am reminded of how I am blessed beyond belief.

I hope not!
One can enter into, share and enjoy the freedom of the other.
No worries? Life doesn't promise us an easy ride as individuals or collectively. It never asks what we want, just gives us options and leaves us to negotiate them. Crafty bugger that it is.

The mutual checkmate point is revealed in the last line.
My wife and I have been at this point a couple of times in our 30 odd years together, neither of us walked away fully from the board. We just started a new game.

'This freedom chokes to the soul'
Interesting oxymoron construction, especially when one considers that freedom liberates not strangles.

Perhaps TOO let go is nearer the mark?
