I was at a High School Reading. reading this Febuary'Black History Month' I said I don't think you can cram it all in in 'one'Month.I Mentioned Medger Evers, and Emmett Till a Hazel Eyed 15 year old kid who when Visiting his Grand Father down South said something of a Complmentay nature to a White Woman supposedly.He was Tortured,his genitals Mutilated, shot in the head, and Barbed wire with a Gin Fan tied around his neck, and dumped in the River.Some of the Youngins didn't know his History and Knew Everything about the street...They Thought.
How much more do you hate yourself than the Cracker Nigga? He Makin 6 Figgas You Pullin The Trigger. He Got a Bank Loan Bought a New Home Laughin at You when You Killin ya Own. Right where he want you Dead! One less He gotta stop from getting a Head. Self Hate Deep inside Committing Suicide By another Brothas Hand Barely a Man. Mothers Tears From many Sorrows The Devil Drinks them Spitting them out on Dead Tomorrows. Trees Leaves still Hug Spirits of Hanged Blackmen Waters still Scarred From Barbed wire Gin fan tin resting in the river bed that choked Emmett Tills Skin Has Rapes, Slave Lashings, an Murder Been Forgiven? or we Jus Not Listenin Tradin Lives for a Prison Sentence $2 Head Rags an Toe Tags. We� gone From Blackface To 2 Face. From Bitch To Snitch From Funk to Crunk From Crack to Mack Soul to Cold Poverty to Gold From Pimp to Simp From Pop to Hip Hop To Brotha Shot From Unity an Reason Leaders an Vision To no reason and PersonalTreason Killin For respect In Prison now how You Livin? Baby�s first words out the Crib is.. �Hit the Deck�� An where Daddy Live.? Has It all been Forgiven? Or Jus No one Listenin? Kids don�t know math But know 357 a 9 an Ak 47 Black Blood spillin a 40 An a Blunt We Chillin. Brothers Dragged tll dead Graffitied with Lead Gunpowder Burns on Slave Hymns An Civil Rights Sacrifices. Thrown in the Back of the Bus Tortured by water from Hateful Fountains. That say 'whites only' From Slave to Playa From the Drums to the Slums Has all been Forgivin? Or is jus no one Listenin? Self Hate Deep inside Committing Suicide By another Brothas Hand Street Life got no life insurance But Ganbangin Guarantees a Health Plan The never live to be a Man Plan.. is all Forgivin? Or is anybody Listenin?

Many of this young generation do not understand and or know very little of the past. They don't educate themselves of the twenty or more years back and the information of the Black slavery of old. Is it any wonder with all the distractions of life and the mighty dollar....
