I loved this. I have a poem called "Cushion Of Dreams"... I'll post it and maybe you can break your fall. Thank you for your kind words about my work. I enjoyed yours and will read more.
I am not a "shrink" Michelle, but... ...According to Freudian theory, dreams of falling indicate that you are contemplating giving into a sexual urge or impulse. You maybe lacking indiscretion. Of course, as you know, Freud was always into the sex thing. There are many other interpretations given. I often have dreams of falling myself and they are usually accompanied by my whole body jerking itself awake. Thank you for sharing your dream as a poetic offering. Love and peace. Regis
Fantastic response Michelle! Such radiance as you describe so beautifully ending in a fall, perhaps your dream was telling you not to expect such gems;-)lol I'm not really a dream buff...

Michelle..this feels peaceful despite the fall out of bed. Hmm--could it be as a child you felt safe and loved before growing up to know that fear exists? Falling from the innocence?
LOL!!!Michelle!!!! This is great. Who hasn't had that falling dream at some point. Wonderful job, thanks for the major "belly laugh."
Take care,
Sherry

If you tend to believe romantic, passionate, masculine poetry is a thing of past eras, read "She Intrigues Me," and be swept away in the beautiful craft of a contemporary poet of love.
GAD...sounds scary...being in a beautiful place, then the nightmare of falling *shivers*
