The healing benefits of the sun Shines freely flooding everyone Though billions of miles away it’s there for the giving Creating life for the living The sun truly cares about our health Infuses our cells with glorious wealth Offers a life-giving substance that makes us live on Blessing our bodies with its sunny song ‘I’m here to fill you with my light’ The sun sings proudly his song so bright ‘I’m here to permeate you with strength and might invigorating your being, causing you to feel right’

Been outside off and on for most of the day. That wonderful sun called to me and I responded faithfully. Loved this poem, Suzie.

Sure does. I just came in from getting a few minutes of sky-blue sun. And it was blazing hot, so only a few minutes is all that I can take to get my vitamin D. But I'm getting other vitamins from the new freshly grown cucumbers and cherry tomatoes that bless our little backyard garden. It has been quite cloudy lately making catching a couple of minutes of sun here and there a bit difficult.
