Rain is part of life. But it seems like the only time we embrace it freely is when we are children. I think your poem is a metaphor for exposing yourself and letting that exposure clean you to the point where you can easily start over.

I like where you take the reader with this symbolic image of the raihn. I lived for many years in desert areas in the Middle East and so have come to appreciate rain, which there is considered a blessing. A rainy day is a "good day". Fine poem.
