All deserve peace

no peace in past
regret self doubt
missed opportunities
lost loves lost lives


no peace in future
it hasn't got here
hope dreams scratching
lotto tickets


peace is only available
right now-stop look listen
real is right now
directly in front of our eyes


reeling back in time
memories are an illusion
reeling forward is
just a dream of hope


real is real time only
not tomorrow nor
yesterday-capture it
hold on tight.

You are spot on this poem Henry! An excellent exhortation
we all should heed. If we haven't learned yet to do it NOW!
